Currently we are looking for an HR Event Assistant for our Vitebsk office to make the team even stronger.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Organize external and internal events with up to 200 participants as a coordinator and executor as well
  • Communicate with different kinds of customers inside of the company and outside as well
  • Familiarize with external suppliers for venues, catering and entertainment
  • Improve current practice
  • Participate in Community Building Processes creation and support
  • Support external trainings selection

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1+ year of experience in events organization
  • Experience working at an event agency or company
  • Experience in conference organization
  • Knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, etc
  • Good command of English (at least Upper-Intermediate written level)
  • Higher education (major: psychologist, social worker, manager)
  • Experience in recruiting would be a plus
